Laura Campbell — Head of Investor Relations and Vice President at Hudson Pacific Properties

Ms. Laura Campbell has been Head of Investor Relations at Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc. since October 2014 and serves as its Vice President. Ms. Campbell oversees the company's investor relations, marketing and communications initiatives. From 2011 until joining HPP, Ms. Campbell was Director of Capital Raising at Beal Private Capital, a boutique advisory firm providing marketing, investor relations and communications guidance to private equity and hedge fund managers. From 2007 to 2011, she worked in acquisitions and asset management at CIM Group, a Los Angeles-based private equity fund, where she underwrote more than $3 billion of debt and equity investments and managed assets representing $400 million of invested capital. Ms. Campbell has also held positions at Goldman Sachs & Co.'s Urban Investment Group and the University of Pennsylvania's Facilities and Real Estate Services department. She began her career working in economic development in New York City. Ms. Campbell earned a Master of Business Administration from The Wharton School and a Master of City Planning from the School of Design at the University of Pennsylvania. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts with Honors from Brown University. Ms. Campbell holds FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.
