Higher wages. We are not paid enough for the work we do
Mo fees to be aid out of my retirement by associate. Should all be paid by company because they set up retirement program.
Quite frankly, being screamed and yelled at renders more than minimum wage.

Im working full time hours as a part time, and out of no where they dropped my hours signifigantly and now i might have to leave the company as well as many others for how we're being treated. I just want hours and to be treated fairly.
