Nothing at this point is positive given then I have extreme anxiety at the thought of going into work. I went to urgent care the other day because of how bad my anxiety was.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to be equal to everyone. They cannot let the ones who have been there longer make the seasonal employees do everything for them and not train them properly. They treat us like animals
