The job itself is amazing, the company is amazing. However the exact location i work needs a lot of improvments. The team leaders and higher up have poor attitudes, and could treat the staff better. Especially for the younger employees with less experince dont get treated right.

The team i actually work with are amazing and kind and have amazing team work. Theyre the reason i come to work excited.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
problem solving needs a lot of work, more professionalism, "playing favorites" and "age ranking" instead of who works harder and better. Not enough of being involved so they cant see where the problems are actually coming from. Etc.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Im working full time hours as a part time, and out of no where they dropped my hours signifigantly and now i might have to leave the company as well as many others for how we're being treated. I just want hours and to be treated fairly.
