very stressful, lotsbpf pressure from management to sign people up for credit cards. i feel like a failure every day after work, no matter how well i perform. i have nightmares nearly every night. bad for my anxiety

be less demanding. people dont want more credit cards and forcing your employees to harass customers about it is a great way to make people not want to shop at your company
