What did you like most about the interview process?
It was quick and easy.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Quite frankly, being screamed and yelled at renders more than minimum wage.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
When people are treated more fairly then I think they have more passion about their work. No one wants to be here.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat staff like humans that have feelings. Get to learn the day to day activities in the store rather than telling them they are redundant and that their positions will be evaluated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Nothing at this point is positive given then I have extreme anxiety at the thought of going into work. I went to urgent care the other day because of how bad my anxiety was.
