Ive worked here almost 2 months and have been treated unfairly. I was promised 30+ hours per week when i got hired and have a good availability, yet I'm only getting 5 per week. I was hired on the spot so i know the store manager saw potential in me. They give more hours to unqualified people.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are able to relate on certain things we do not like happening around the company. They do not treat seasonal employees fair at all
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
They need to be equal to everyone. They cannot let the ones who have been there longer make the seasonal employees do everything for them and not train them properly. They treat us like animals
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to stop misrepresenting the truth, be more approachable and more upfront about the discount they refuse to give me even though I work hard and people who have started later than me have gotten it and they don't even have a neo card yet when i have all the requirements. My manager ignores
