As a part time job, she always gave me different targets than the other part time. Ask me to do all the stocks and garbage which has no commission.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Higher wages. We are not paid enough for the work we do
Mo fees to be aid out of my retirement by associate. Should all be paid by company because they set up retirement program.
Quite frankly, being screamed and yelled at renders more than minimum wage.
More compensation in the form of a $$ amount
I think we dont have HR at store to comunicate ,so sometimes my manager is not avaliable to answer to my problem .

They need to be equal to everyone. They cannot let the ones who have been there longer make the seasonal employees do everything for them and not train them properly. They treat us like animals

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
no stock for people to buy, pay vendors to get more stock
Having a open mind and dont judge a person by their apperence. Stop playing with people lives and careers out of joy. Knowing their staffs strangth NOT their down falls BUT THERE # 1 is, IS TRAINING TRAINING TRAINING there is no training or better yet no training for leads at all.
