Being surrounded by good, hard-working people that all have one goal: Helping Hunt Club reach its full potential. Everyone is so positive and respectful of one another. The energy is contagious and it makes me hit the ground running every day when I get ready for work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At Hunt Club, the leadership team allows us to fail forward and gives us support every day that we need to succeed. They are humble, inclusive, and transparent. I know that they always have our backs and are there to help find a solution to any problem.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is constant support from teammates. If you fail at something, you learn from it and always fail forward. Every day is a new learning experience and the team is here to help each other reach their full potential. We have fun and keep the energy up every day, no matter what!
