We "win" as a team and we take "losses" as a team. We have a positive environment and this leads to positive people and people that work hard.

As mentioned before, everyone has the right amount of "hustle" and if there is anything that becomes a blocker to anyone or if there is an opportunity for personal growth, we are all willing to accept any feedback and/or help out whoever needs help.
Fun, easy going, collaborative environment
There is constant support from teammates. If you fail at something, you learn from it and always fail forward. Every day is a new learning experience and the team is here to help each other reach their full potential. We have fun and keep the energy up every day, no matter what!
People work extremely hard but within reason. The culture is serious when it needs to be and fun when it needs to be. It's a very inclusive environment, as well.
