What is the best part about your compensation package?
Compensation is in line with the market and you are rewarded appropriately based on performance.
There is a base salary + commission.

While we still are a young start up, compensation is as fair as it can be. There is a ton of upside and the company is willing to compensate fairly, especially for the Rockstars.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Super supportive and collaborative environment
The team is small and nimble. Everyone has a seat at the table and the ability to affect change from CEO to new hire. Everyone looks out for one another and truly cares about others’ success.
The team at Hunt Club is great! We work as a team and no worker is above doing any task and this includes our leadership team and CEO.

Our team is always willing to help each other. There is very much a culture of reach out for help if you need it and everyone who works here follows that mantra. There are some of the hardest working people I have worked with in any of my previous jobs.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We like to celebrate successes!
Our most popular slack channel is dedicated to celebrating each other's wins, it shows how much everyone supports one another and likes to see each other succeed!

We "win" as a team and we take "losses" as a team. We have a positive environment and this leads to positive people and people that work hard.
