Everyone wants to see everyone be successful. We have a great system in place that really celebrates the wins and recognizes when people are really putting in the hard work.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They lead by example and truly show you what it takes to be successful. They take the time to coach but also give you the room to be creative and independent. I am lucky to be apart of such an amazing and talented group of people.
