Interacting with the team daily and celebrating the wins as a team. Every placement feels like a team win, not just for those who are working on that role.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
While we still are a young start up, compensation is as fair as it can be. There is a ton of upside and the company is willing to compensate fairly, especially for the Rockstars.
