What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As mentioned before, everyone has the right amount of "hustle" and if there is anything that becomes a blocker to anyone or if there is an opportunity for personal growth, we are all willing to accept any feedback and/or help out whoever needs help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team is always willing to help each other. There is very much a culture of reach out for help if you need it and everyone who works here follows that mantra. There are some of the hardest working people I have worked with in any of my previous jobs.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I know I am making a difference and being my most productive self. That happens everyday at HC with the help of everyone who works here. There is always an opportunity to help/be helped, and whatever we need to do to accomplish our goals gets done. Period.
