Experienced, knowledgeable, very accessible to franchise owners but somewhat condescending to non-owner employees. No different than any other franchise driven Corporate entity.
They are engaged and willing to listen to employee suggestions.

Compensation does not reflect the time I put in there
The biggest factor is a lack of hours and no benefits.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Generally, the in-center teams are great, as are the franchise support teams working for the corporate Huntington entity. The people at the Center level are truly dedicated to helping students achieve.

Since you interview with the owners, it all depends on the style and professional experience of the owners.
