from top to bottom, the message is clear and a great concept however as it filters down it is not followed through

its too much of a competition on sales and service teams do not work well together. we have to work together to suceed

everyone is so dishonest on how they feel when asked because we do not feel it will help or we will have a target on our back, fix that

i have with the company for 23 years this year they raised all the new employees to the same pay as myself and did not raise any of the loyal employees who have been there for years and more knowlegable
