What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership makes an effort to connect with lower level employees. Leadership listens to concerns, especially about work/life balance, and work to do what is right for the colleagues.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to employees, caring about employees and their total well being. Leadership has been taken over by corporate greed and keeps growing their own pockets while the every day employee wages are stagnant.

Communication there was a number of layoffs within the last year and most people didn't have enough time to prepare for it

You have base pay and can earn extra compensation through different means.

The overarching compensation needs to go up a little bit, and better compensation as far as insurance
