living wage, I could make more working somewhere else especially with overtime and responsibility.

Everyone has jumped in without looking back, there is a real true team feeling that we're all invested in equally.

HyreCar has always been a fun, open and collaborative working environment. Most of us would consider each other friends/good friends.

I know I am genuinely helping two parties out at the same time. I come to work to face new challenging situations each day to keep me focused, I am fulfilled.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
it's not run by just making decisions on the fly, you have people working for you. Make decisions based on making people want to work harder/better and weeding out the rest.
