Overall I really enjoy working here. I like the work environment and I'm excited to see where this company grows.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That there is alot of opportunity to grow. I love that if I work hard and show what I can do, it's seen and valued.
What makes you most happy at work?
My coworkers are really great. We work hard and manage to get a few laughs in between. I love that I can actually solve client problems.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I liked that I met the ops manager and someone that was working here as well. It gave me the impression that this company cares about developing employees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Having Henry be so proactive and involved makes me feel hopeful and excited about the direction in which the company is moving. Having townhall meetings are helpful, I would love to see them more often and to encourage interdepartment training and team building.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work really well together, I feel that we all have the shared goal of getting as much done as possible. James is a great manager and definitely makes us feel like he cares about any concerns or issues we might have.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I know that we are working on getting medical but that is a huge piece that is currently missing. Also having overtime available on holidays. Lastly, I was moved positions with an understanding of what my job role was only to take on more responsibility without being formally informed.
