Some people are very nice. Others are entitled, expecting the world when they can't follow the basics
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay from part-time to full-time did not increase, and for the amount of work that some of us do, we feel we should be compensated to reflect that.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rules are not the same for everyone. Some of us pay to commute to an office that's empty, when the rest of them are working remotely. I pay for my transportation, so having to pay when being in the office, obviously, isn't necessary is.... disheartening to say the least.
