It was about two and half years ago so I don't remember many details.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyones opinions and ideas are welcomed and our ability to work across departments to get our goals aligned.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team takes pride and has the ability to still be able to sell even when things aren't going are way; for example our insurance product leaves a lot of owners in the dark and not paid for too long of a period.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My base salary hasn't increased at all over my entire time at hyrecar even though I've taken on a senior and a management role. My stock/equity was incorrect and I'm waiting on that to be rectified; everything from amount of shares and vesting schedule was wrong. I hope that this can all be fixed.
