it's not run by just making decisions on the fly, you have people working for you. Make decisions based on making people want to work harder/better and weeding out the rest.

My base salary hasn't increased at all over my entire time at hyrecar even though I've taken on a senior and a management role. My stock/equity was incorrect and I'm waiting on that to be rectified; everything from amount of shares and vesting schedule was wrong. I hope that this can all be fixed.

Pay from part-time to full-time did not increase, and for the amount of work that some of us do, we feel we should be compensated to reflect that.
I know that we are working on getting medical but that is a huge piece that is currently missing. Also having overtime available on holidays. Lastly, I was moved positions with an understanding of what my job role was only to take on more responsibility without being formally informed.
Higher salary wages need to be considered and prioritized for the amount of valuable work put in everyday.

Everything is going wrong. The executives, the direction of the company, the fraud lawsuits, the the awful business model.

HyreCar's Customer Service is known to be well below standards of the asset-sharing or auto industry. Leadership team needs to make this a priority to allow their respective teams make a "customer first" motto, which in turn will enable every single employee to come to work excited and happy.
