Executive Bio
Mr. Jon C. Taylor has been Vice President, Chief Executive Officer and President of Nuvera Fuel Cells, Inc. since April 2015. Mr. Taylor also serves as Vice President of Business Development and Financial Planning and Analysis at NACCO Materials Handling Group (NMHG). He has represented NMHG on the Industry Trade Advisory Committee for Automotive Equipment and Capital Goods and is a member of the Pacific Northwest International Trade Association. Mr. Taylor served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of Nuvera from December 2014 and Vice President, Business Development and Financial Planning and Analysis from September 2014. He previously served as Director of Corporate Strategy, Financial Planning and Analysis at Sumitomo-NACCO Materials Handling Group since 2008. Before this, from 1993 to 2008, his expertise has supported numerous functions in accounting, finance and marketing at both NMHG Corporate and European Headquarters. Mr. Taylor serves on the Board of Directors for the joint venture of Nuvera Fuel Cells, Inc. in Japan, Sumitomo-NACCO Materials Handling Group. His service to the community includes longtime volunteerism as a classroom teacher for Junior Achievement and as President of Lincoln Girls Lacrosse Board of Directors. Mr. Taylor earned his B.S. in Business Finance from the University of UTAH and an MBA in International Business from the University of Washington and has completed international study programs at Cambridge University and the Cranfield Institute of Technology in the U.K.
