Most of our captions stand around and do nothing all day and nothing gets said to them. Sadly the upper managent just feeds Into this as well. Offering up caption positions is the worst thing I've seen this company do especially not holding captions up to their pay grade or even forcing them to work
Listening to and utilizing information from subordinates.
Pay used to be top of the chain in that area now it's nearing the bottom.
they need to be held accountable and do their own work instead of relying on everyone else.
They need to take ownership of their tasks/projects.
Management need to show more respect for workforce and communication could be better.

There are some people that are put on a pedestal and can do no wrong. Everyone needs to be treated equally.
