Noone listens to the employees working on the line in regards to making the work environment a better place. The work conditions in some areas are not cool and feels like the plant's air conditioner isn't working. There have been people going to medical because they've gotten overheated and fainted

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were building 5 vehicles at once...but the pay didn't change, we aren't offered stock options, no compensation for sales, no retirement plan
What are some of the best things about your team?
THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT WE NEED. AND WHEN WE ASK TO TALK TO TEAM RELATIONS THEY COLLABORATE ON A RESPONSE TO OUR ISSUE. THATS BENEFICIAL TO THEM AND THEN ISSUE IS DISMISSED
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Get rid of the management system and move people around to different departments when they get promoted. There are people that stay(line) in the area where they worked as a team member and have not been moved from that line as they have gotten promoted.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening and not just demanding people do what they say without and explanation. We know we are there to do a job but upper management doesn't care how it gets done...and there have been safety issues where people are hurt and nothing is done to correct the issue
