What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stop screwing customers out of money and let us do the right thing for them
Listening and not just demanding people do what they say without and explanation. We know we are there to do a job but upper management doesn't care how it gets done...and there have been safety issues where people are hurt and nothing is done to correct the issue
Stop treating us bad, stop disrespecting us, not curse at us use their title to scare us. Be fair and a great example of leadership

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We were building 5 vehicles at once...but the pay didn't change, we aren't offered stock options, no compensation for sales, no retirement plan
Been working for this company for along time, my schedule has changed to please others i have worked without a days off plus i drive the fartest. Others had gotten raises, yet im still appreciated
I would love to have a pension plan and profit shares. I cannot retire on our 401k alone.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Leadership makes the culture terrible for everyone which snowballs down the hill
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Proper discipline for failing to properly carry out campaign labor, and appropriate manager/employee relationships

Management doesn’t discipline certain lube tech for not performing campaigns properly and in the past developed relationship with service advisor that had to quit because they ran into personal problems between eachothe
I have Cancer and my manager Dennis G. said if I am with Cancer and sick he won't have me as I am unreliable. Hadn't missed work till then. He caused me to have an emotional breakdown at work and then I got demoted. He has physically threatened and verbally threatened several employees
Get rid of the management system and move people around to different departments when they get promoted. There are people that stay(line) in the area where they worked as a team member and have not been moved from that line as they have gotten promoted.
