There is a trainer offshore together with my co trainee said indecent words to me that they surely violate company's rules and reg. And retaliate to one of my team mate for not giving her creds so that she cant attend on our nesting day so shes being paid by the company just sitting there. Smbf.

Being nice to others And helping my family everytime i get my salary

Dismissing us early and not refunding any excess amount overpaid to us by the company
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Trnspo allowance but they included the said amount as a deduction to our pay .which i dont understand
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Attitude of trainer and other involved destroying my character e. G. Arrogant, discrimanatory look, unprofessional manner
