I would've aprreciate it if we can already use our HMO on the day that we're officially hired. So sad we had to wait 3 months before we can use our Medicare
Trnspo allowance but they included the said amount as a deduction to our pay .which i dont understand

The role is not fully supported with the knowledge that is needed. Revolving door with leadership, customer service reps, etc.

The agents I work with are great but sadly the best ones move on after a few months because they can see that management doesn't know what they're doing. That's because we have new supervisors every few months. They don't coach you to succeed. They coach you out so they can hire someone cheaper!

The pay is amazing and on time
When there's an event and they give free food and also the collaboration that we had with my team

Literally everything. We need more pay if they want us to take calls for 5+ departments or they can lighten the workload. The system needs to be fixed to do our job effectively. We need to stop being wrote up for things out of control. The blackout days need to come to an end.
