Extremely poorly. They let their feelings get involved and don't do proper investigations. We also cycle through HR reps like you wouldn't believe!

Spur of the moment. They don't even announce that A position is open intake interviews. They don't care if you're qualified they only care if they like you. They pass up qualified people to put somebody who isn't qualified in ahead of them
