The unity, the kindness, and everyone is working towards one goal without being too demanding

Everybody is looking out for each other. No crab mentality and no self entitled people around
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I see at work. Even the security guards and utility people are so nice and kind. I just love everyone in Ibex Davao
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I would've aprreciate it if we can already use our HMO on the day that we're officially hired. So sad we had to wait 3 months before we can use our Medicare
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is so approachable and would really find a way to help you. Not unless you commit a grave offense cause it's really understandable that they won't be able to do anything about it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Even though I'm not familiar with the account I'll be in, the interviewer Sir TJ was so accommodating and even gave leniency with how we answer his questions especially with the mock call. That was the time that I felt that I'm part of the Ibex family. It's just so welcoming.
