My project is being forced into the office after all of us were hired work from home. The office is a great distance for all of us, the closest person is 1hour from the office. They just started a new project and are telling us that we can't transfer.

Meetings with my manager are good. They let us know just how well or bad we are doing and constructive ways we can improve.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
A company that actually listens to their employees and doesn't screw everyone over with no input from the people they are bending over a barrel so to speak.
