    Takes a month from interview to start work. You get a behavioral interview with managers of the company, an interview with your future project manager and a technical interview. Interviewers are peer volunteers except for your PM.

    Another joke because you have a team of people interviewing candidates, and what you wind up with is a Partner over riding the general conscience and making decisions regardless of the advice.
