    Processes established do not work - if you want to stay employed. Engagement surveys quarterly asking only 3 questions. Comments are ignored vs just basic scoring. Input is supposed to be anonymous, but recent low performer formula accidentally revealed an individuals engagement survey results could count against them... anonymous???

    On paper - it is comprehensive and many execs to respond openly in internal blogs. In practice - those topics prioritized by management (vs employee concerns) are broadcast

    What feedback? IBM doesn't care if you have something to say or complain about. They just keep pushing their 1960 business model

    Better than it used to be. IBM encourages 360 degree feedback and uses an app called ACE.
