    Very well, but we came from the same company before the acquisition. Other managers that are brought in from other divisions are clueless to the business

    I knew my first line managers very well and still cool with them even through I am got laid off by IBM!

    Leadership is absent for much of our org. 4 managers in a year and the last 2 have been disasters
