    Highly variable and more dependent on individuals' sponsor than performance. "who you know vs what you know". There are no acceleration tracks documented for marketing.

    not often. This is failing as a company. No your performance means nothing to them. I would strongly advise to go to another company.

    Almost never any promotions. Performance reviews are a joke, it all about who you have brownnosed during the year
