    It was the pay and advancement, that all changed in 2012, when the greedy CEO cut our pay, no bonus or raises, cut the night differential and shift differential for employees working 12 hour shifts. We just worked for regular pay even over time was regular pay. I was trying to hold on to retirement, but didn't make it by 1.5 years. They replaced my department with a Vending company and vendors no more IBMer's. IBM no longer cares for it's employees!!!!
