    yes. there's a push for young leaders and the majority lack experience and confidence at this point in their careers. This make is hard to get inspired due to lack of direction and enduring their career growth/ mistakes with them.

    No, the people you work with every day are mostly really great and smart people. But if you're a fan if a more nimble culture, the bureaucracy and siloed culture do wear you down over time.
