Understanding what drives successful engineering, analytics, and product teams. They get what drives sales.

Like most places, I like the people I work with. They're good, fun people. Very, very few jerks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is extremely positive and happy. Its a face, but it makes working there easy for people that want to slack.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Leadership makes decisions without asking their team. The people who have influence have been with the company for at least three years. More compensation wouldn't address this.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Priorities change so often that most people recognize there isn't a semblance of a real strategy. Nothing is stable. To improve it requires changes to the leadership monoculture that is in-place.
