Confirming a request and seeing to it that all parties are fully satisfied throughout the flight process.

We are very well organized and know what is happening at all times. We all get along very well and can easily relate to one another.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I believe the leadership team must learn how to accept criticism and be calmer when things are being done correctly, but not the way they wish for us to do the job
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The commission package is excellent. But pay can vary heavily depending on the time of year. With that said, if you are doing your job well and generating a lot of business, this company will be your home.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment of the company can either be very relaxed or very stressful and can change within a few moments. However, I feel there is a positive work place environment. In regards to our culture, we believe in treating every client like they are our #1 priority.
