
Depending on the office you're interviewing for, you'll have a phone screening interview with either the HR manager or a recruiter. If you are continued, you'll have an in-office interview with a VP and the operations manager or you'll do these two by skype. They will ask questions to verify that what you've indicated are skills can be demonstrated by answering appropriate questions. They ask appropriate questions, there are no tricks or trick answers that they're looking for. Be honest about what you know and you'll be good.
