The one thing I wish i knew would be that there is no reason to be sceptical. Many employers are not interested in well-being of their employees so I was always careful before taking any job. However, at IDB the situation is completely different.

It is not very common as we all do the best job in the position we already are in. However, we often learn new jobs and get the opportunity to test our skills in other departments.

The success and growth are measured with different programs who track how successful is a certain idea. Managers also keep track of it.

Just like anyone else, you simply apply for the position which is opened and wait until they call you for an interview. From that point, whether you get a job or not, only depends on you and your skills.

Everyone was incredibly helpful, not just the marketing team. Everyone is willing to explain everything in detail and help in every way they can.

Anyone can easily build their career if they are willing to improve their skills and learn. This company encourages personal growth and they will gladly accept any new ideas.

If the matters can't be resolved and the person just isn't doing their job, only then it will come to this situation. The employer will always get a warning and the managers will have a talk with them to see where the problem is before any measures are taken.
