What I love about Idea Grove is it's not the kind of place you work at if you're just looking for a paycheck. Every Grover is passionate about their role in the organization and is always seeking to get better. The team also genuinely cares about one another as people.
Spending time with team at our offices now that we are moving past COVID.
Idea Grove is a special place to work because of the culture the team has created. Everyone is pointed toward a common goal and share the rewards. We were just named one of Inc. Magazine's Best Workplaces of 2021 and Small Agency of the Year by PRSA Dallas.
