- What did you like most about the interview process?I liked that my interview panel was diverse, informative, and thorough. I left the job interview knowing that if I received the offer I would accept the role in a heartbeat. I was able to have all of my questions answered and felt confident in the process. There was thorough communication all along.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Managers are understanding and flexible if there are emergencies, I very rarely leave work feeling stressed. Our team is always putting on fun events and making sure we are all communicating and getting to know one another.
- What is the best part about your compensation package?The best part of my compensation package is that it is always improving, every year there are advancements whether its salary, full benefit coverage, 401k, phantom stock, etc. We even have ways to earn additional PTO days which is huge for work/life balance.
