- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?We all truly believe in one another and do our best to support. Space is allowed for a bad day, week, or even month. Work is not what rules our lives. The balance is there but it is up to you to establish it sometimes.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel like the benefits package could be better. It's not terrible, but not great. I'd like to see a better 401k company match and health plans that cover more than what they do now. Again, not terrible, but could be better.
