What makes you most happy at work? That I can be myself and serve various organizations across the globe and watch them succeed.
What are some of the best things about your team? Our meetings are productive! Tasks are executed in a timely fashion. People are motivated to do the work. We also have an amazing culture that those log on before the meeting talk about whatever we want to. We are personable with each other! I love it!
What is the best part about your compensation package?Flex time off. It's fantastic. I'm not worried about counting hours and planning my entire calendar year based off how many hours I MIGHT accumulate. I love that I can work from home when I want to.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?Transparency in communication related to market fit.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Alignment on current approach to best attain new logos.
