All benefits at Igneous are great, but the office dogs are easily the best benefit, IMO!

My coworkers (dogs included) are incredible and the product we create together is really making an impact!

Leadership at Igneous is invested in those of us who work with them to create our product. I feel very supported and heard working at Igneous.

Our culture is open and supportive. No matter where we are in our career development there is room to speak up, offer ideas, and collaborate across teams.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very supportive and highly intelligent. I learn a lot everyday due to the knowledge of my co-workers and the empathy they display when sharing it.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The interview process at Igneous is special and unlike any other processes I was involved with. We offer a homework project as an early part of the interview process. Since you can work on it at home and take as much time as you need, you get a chance to show us what you can create w/o the pressure.
