- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Hire a new management that has the experience, talent and courage to turn this very dysfunctional company around
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Pay is horrible with base salary at only $42K and OTE around $60K which is a joke for The SF Bay job market.
- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?Work ethic is horrible in all the other departments but sales. It seems everybody is either on PTO of 'WFH' half the time. Nothing gets done, customers are complaining, churning and cancelling, all signs of mismanagement.
