There is no insentive for getting costumer compliments anymore. As hard as some people work, we should get something for being so great with the customer.

We all know our responsibilities and duties. We work togehter and our communication is awesome

The programs they have for protecting our environment. Lessesing our carbon footprint on the planet.

What makes you most happy at work?
the frenetic work pace. From the time I clock in to the time I clock out its fast paced and makes the day go by quickly
The diverse team, the energy and the challenges ahead of us and all the learnings every day.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We cannot even be off the phone 6 seconds. If we are, our adherence is affected, and we get in trouble. They need to give us time to have bathroom breaks.
