- What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?My specific coworkers (shift) are great but the other shifts, which I don't interact with as much, are harder to get along with.
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The hours and shift rotations are extremely taxing. I understand why things are the way they are but it's hard when you have a family and don't see your kid for a week because you're always working.
