What is the best part about your compensation package?
commission structure is very fair.
The week after Xmas and before New Year is a company holiday. The whole company gets a paid week off.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better bonuses, more PTO, more benefits

Very kind people that get along

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good people work with me
It's mostly positive. Every job has stressful days but this job does not have quite as many
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
It was a great place to work, but it has deteriorated.
Employee Expansion and Internal Investments. Software is known to be buggy, poorly implemented, broken and under performing, this needs to change. Customers are usually not given enough care to succeed using any product, and employees are overworked and under-compensated to help.
What did you like most about the interview process?
t was great when I interviewed. The person interviewing me several years ago was very personable and professional. I cannot say that of many of the present supervisors.
Interviews are done by the managers of the team you'll be joining, so they can make sure you are a fit for the team and know you personally!
People wanted me to succeed
It happened very quickly. They called with a job offer 1 hour after the interview.

What makes you most happy at work?
I make a difference in education
The flexible hours. I don't need to take as much PTO because I can set my own hours.
